Synopsis

Amin, a six-year old boy who is very upset about his loneliness keeps asking his Parents for a sibling, but they refuse to consent his request. His parents keep asking him for another wish. While he is watching a family video taken in a village, he comes up with a new wish. Due to his constant persistence for a companion, his father agrees to bring a foal to their apartment on the fifth floor …..

Director’s profile

Born in 1960 in Arak, Gholamreza Ramezani began his professional career in 1983 as an assistant director and scriptwriter. He was assistant director in Amir Naderi’S THE RUNNER. From 1984 to 1992, he made a number of short films .His second feature film, THE CART won numerous prizes in international festivals and brought him universal recognization which enhanced by the presentation of of HAYAT and THE PLAY in Berlinale-Kinder film fest.
